Spooks: Code 9
Spooks: Code 9 started last night on BBC3 with a double bill.

I was really looking forward to it, as I'm a huge fan of regular Spooks, and I've seen the adverts everywhere (side of buses, TV, radio etc...).... it looks good!

I'm already in love with Charlie, the mathmetician. He's so geeky it's loveable. And I think Kylie kicks ass. I like the idea that she joined MI5 because of the radiation poisoning that is slowly killing her, and she's just living every day as though it's her last. Oh yeah, in the adverts of Spooks: Code 9, I wasn't too sure about Georgia's hair, short and red, as I was far too used to her with long, blonde hair. But now I've seen it, I've got to say, I think it really suits her. I know she has long black hair now, but that's not the point.

The others are really cool too, although I'm not too sure about Rachel. Rob reminds me far too much of Owen in Torchwood - guns blazing, really rude and appears to not care about anyone or anything. I'm not too sure about Jez either. I think I'll have to wait until episode 3 to make a full analysis of all the characters.

I love the plot idea, but I think it was cutting it close with the plot from the Doctor Who episode, Turn Left. In Turn Left, no-one was alive to stop the Titanic from crashing into London, and the radiation from the ship blitzed the capital city and surrounding areas, and the whole of the south population had to move up north to Leeds. And in Spooks: Code 9, people stuck a small nuclear bomb underneath the olympic stadium in 2012, when it was completely full - for maximum impact. So, the entire south population had to move up north, because of the radiation in London and surrounding areas. See? I half expected Donna to turn up complaining about Leeds....

Never the less, it was a good watch, and I am waiting eagerly for the next episode - I think it focuses around Kylie (Georgia Moffett) and the whole anti-radiation pills, or something like that.

Spooks: Code 9 again
I saw the third episode of Spooks:Code 9 yesterday on BBC3.
I like it more and more every episode methinks. It's got really good storylines.

My favourite characters by far are Kylie and Charlie, though I'm warming up to Jez now.

My Mum thinks it's awful - she said, and I quote "It's like the BBC let a bunch of teenagers let loose in a studio - It's awful". And she's not too sure about half the characters either. She doesn't like Kylie *cries*.

The third episode was really good, I like the way it focused around Kylie's radiation sickness. Zero sucked, I can't believe he just filled the pills with nicotine (obviously to get the people addicted = steady profit!). I felt sorry for Jez throughout the entire episode, but I loved Kylie.

She was great when she was about to be killed - she just smiled at Zero. How great is that? It really threw him off course. Well, obviously if you're about to be killed, the last thing you do is smile at your killer.

And at the end, when she said something along the lines of, "Of course, the amount of pankillers I've had, don't listen to me, I'm as high as a kite!" - I just cracked up lauging.
Reminds me of something Charlie said in the first episode. "In Maths clud we had a saying. Don't judge a Geek by his glasses."

Can't actually remember the next time trailer for episode four. Oops.
Ah well, looks like next weeks episode will be a big surprise!
