Casualty - First Ten Episodes

The BBC have released the titles and some information about the first ten episodes of Series 24 along with their air dates:

01: Dawn of the ED – Part 1 by Daisy Coulam (12 September 2009)
02: Dawn of the ED – Part 2 by Daisy Coulam (13 September 2009)
03: And Then There Were Three by Mark Catley (19 September 2009)
04: Sunset Syndrome by Dana Fainaru (26 September 2009)
05: Not Forgotten by Tom Bidwell (03 October 2009)
06: Comfort Zone by Karen Laws (10 October 2009)
07: Love Is A Sacrifice by Rachel Flowerday (17 October 2009)
08: Not Wisely, But Too Well by Jason Sutton and Daisy Coulam (24 October 2009)
09: Regrets by Suzie Smith and Ellen Taylor (31 October 2009)
10: Every Breath You Take by Sally Tatchell (07 November 2009)

New Casualty Characters Revealed!

New characters revealed!

We can exclusively reveal details about the next group of Junior F2 Doctors to join Casualty this September... and the big news is that there will be 8 of them.

Like Ruth and Toby before, the new F2s will join Holby's ED on a training year to learn what it is like to work in a busy emergency department and see what highs and lows it brings. Worryingly, it seems that not all eight F2s will still be doctors by the end of their year at Casualty...

In the new series of the BBC1 drama, amongst the 8 new F2s are:

Georgia Moffett (Doctor Who, The Bill) who plays new F2 Heather, who just can't wait to get cracking on her first day in the job - but finds it a bit tougher than she or her colleagues ever expected.

Steven Miller plays the intriguingly named Dr Lenny Lyons, a firecracker in the department who puts more than a few noses out of joint.

Newcomer Will Sharpe joins the cast as Dr Yuki Reid, a brilliant but painfully shy doctor.

And, Laura Aikman (Personal Affairs, The Mysti Show) joins as May Phelps - a doctor with a secret.

So far we've had no suggestion as to whether we'll meet the new F2's families, or even if they have on screen love lives. But time will tell, and we'll be here to bring you the F2's stories as they unfold!
