The cast of Hens

Georgia is to star in the play "Hens" at The Riverside Studios, from Thursday 17th June to Sunday 20th June 2010.

Written by The Evening Standard's Most Promising playwright of 2009, Alia Bano, Hens explores the relationship between four friends in their twenties on holiday together for a hen night. It looks at the joy, compromises one has to make, the intensity of spending so much time in each other’s company.

During a torrential downpour the four girls are forced to stay in each other’s company in a three star hotel in the centre of Paris, where secrets and antagonisms begin to unravel.  Friendships are threatened and new alliances are formed.

Georgia Moffett in Bridezilla, Leila (Georgia), has come to Paris for her hen do. She wants girlie chats, good food and civilisation. Selina, sister to the groom, doesn’t want to be there, she wants the weekend to blur into a mist of alcohol. Mariam’s come along for the ride and she’s ready to have wild fun. Yasmin wants to rebuild old friendships but it’s not turning out as easy as she thought. Will the hen do get back on track?
