Happy Birthday Peter Davison

on .

Peter Davison as the Fifth DoctorPeter Davison, who as we all know was the Fifth Doctor (and is also Georgia's Dad), celebrates his 60th Birthday today.

Peter (whose real name is Peter Moffett) was well known as vet Tristan Farnon in the BBC series All Creatures Great and Small, before landing the plum role of The Doctor in 1981, succeeding Tom Baker's popular Fourth Doctor character. Peter played the Fifth Doctor for three years, before yielding the role to Colin Baker. Peter was at the time the youngest ever actor to play The Doctor, at 29.

We all wish Peter many Happy Returns on his Birthday and may he have many more!
