WVM S2 Filming Completes

on .

Adrian PoyntonShowrunner and writer Adrian Poynton has said that the second series of BBCThree comedy White Van Man has now completed it's filming blocks and is now due for edit and post production work, prior to broadcast early in 2012.

As our article above (White Van Man Adopted by US) says, the concept of White Van Man has been picked up by US television network ABC (and although it will be rewritten by US writers and a different set of (US) artists will be used) congratulations must go to it's writer and architect Adrian Poynton. Well done Adrian for creating such a brilliant show!

Returning to the 30 minute comedy - based around the life of reluctant handyman Ollie Curry - are the main characters from series one, including Ollie (Will Mellor), Liz (Naomi Bentley), Tony (Clive Mantle), Darren (Joel Fry) and Emma (played by Georgia).

As fans will remember, we left the White Van Man crew in a crisis at the end of Series One: Joanne (Victoria Longley) was about to have her baby (which she still thinks is Ollie's) and Ollie, Darren and Liz were heading off to the hospital with Joanne.

Meanwhile Emma (Georgia) was left on the roadside with Tony (Clive Mantle) having a heart attack..........
